Lewisham Cyclists and Beckenham BMX Dr Bike

CHANGE OF VENUE Rather than use the Stables Homestead area with our regular First Sunday of the month Dr Bike in Beckenham Place Park, we are now on the other side of the park, over the railway next to the BMX track. You can access this from the main park by walking down past the lake, then over the railway bridge and across the other side of the park to near the Downham exit of the park. Same service on offer: Free bike checks and some basic adjustments and basic simple repairs if needed.
Plus advice about what to do and where to go if your cycle needs more work than we can do here today.
We don’t charge a fixed fee for any work done, but welcome, and indeed need, donations to keep our work throughout the borough going. Please give as generously as you can. However, our aim is to get people riding their bikes safely whatever their income, so don’t let lack of funds stop you using us. Donations are voluntary.
