Lewisham Cyclists – Leigh on sea ride
44 miles (TBC) – medium level due to the distance being ridden.

Aim to arrive from 09.10am at Liverpool Street Station (near platform 10) to get the Greater Anglia train departing 09.33am (arr 09.56am Shenfield).
Two train tickets needed, but price will come down with group saver tickets of groups of x3+ persons.
1.) From London to Shenfield
2.) Leigh-on-Sea back to London
Am hoping to have a quick stop at the Hanningfield Reservoir cafe, followed by lunch at The Shepherd & Dog (Ballards Gore, mile 25). Final stop – if the weather is as lovely as hoped – will be stopping in Old Leigh for a drink and maybe food at the end of the ride. That final stop is optional of course, so you can head off back to station straight if you so wish.
Remember to bring weather appropriate clothes, enough snacks/drinks, spare inner tubes etc, to make this an enjoyable ride.
