Lewisham Cyclists Train Assisted Flat Kent Ride
Meet at 10:00 Paddock Wood Station TN12 6ER, with the aim of leaving at 10:15 am. Please make your own way to Paddock Wood.
Train options: 09:13 London Bridge to arr 09:53 Paddock Wood (via Sevenoaks & Tonbridge).
**Bromley joiners – 08:53 Bromley South (arr arrives 09:25 Sevenoaks), connects to our train (dep 09:38 Sevenoaks / arr 09:53 Paddock Wood).
Ride is the reverse of one of our favourite Lewisham Cyclist routes. Distance is c. 40 miles flattish. It will give us a chance to see the pretty hamlets from a different perspective, for the most part on quiet lanes and roads.
Classed as a medium ride, with a distance of 40 miles. Elevation +1,000 feet.
Please make sure you bring spare inner tubes, snacks and weather appropriate clothing. Also ensure your bike is prepared. Sunset is at 18.08 pm FYI, in case you want to bring lights for your homeward journey.
