Redbridge to Rainham Marshes
A gently paced, day ride to the RSPB nature reserve at Rainham Marshes and back. Contact us on lcc.redbridge@gmail.com if you would like to start from Valentines Park or Goodmayes Park. Total distance from Wanstead Park is 30 miles(48km). Suitable for all, including those who are keen to gain more confidence. We ensure everyone is able to enjoy the ride without feeling the pressure of having to keep up. Please ensure your bike is in good condition with brakes that work and tyres pumped up hard. There are a few sections of gravel track on the route, but the route mostly follows minor roads and surfaced cycle paths. We pride ourselves in rides that are sociable and welcoming.
