Beat the Bounds of Newham

This new 22 mile/36km route will take a tour around the borders of Newham.
Starting from the ViewTube, we will head east to Manor Park, then work our way south via the Roding Valley Way to Gallions Reach. Heading west will take us to Thames Barrier Park in the south of the borough for lunch.
We will then head north along the River Lea,  back to the ViewTube.

This is an easy ride with one small climb up the Lower Lea crossing. The route is mostly cycleways, with a small amount of on road riding.

Newham Cyclists will come equipped to cope with minor running repairs such as punctures and brake adjustments.
