Wanstead Park to Regent’s Park

July 28 @ 9:30 am

A gentle marshalled ride exploring quiet areas of North London. Lunch in Regent’s Park and a different return route.  Total distance of 25 miles. This ride is suitable for all ages and abilities as we ensure no-one gets left behind.  It should be comfortable for anyone trying to improve their fitness and explore the cycle routes of London. There are a number of points of interest on the way which makes for a sociable day out. There is a cafe in Regent’s Park, but most of us will probably carry our own refreshments. The decision is yours. Certainly you should carry plenty of water at this time of year. It is always appreciated if your bike is in good working order with tyres pumped up – makes riding easier. We suggest you carry an inner tube suitable for your wheel size. We will always try and ensure you can complete the ride and will help with minor mechanical issues. Families are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Our aim is to help you gain confidence and enjoy a great day out. If you would like to start from nearer your home, please get in touch with us directly at lcc.redbridge@gmail.com.
