Campaign actions

Want to help put an end to lorry danger? Here are a few ways you can get involved:

1. Download and display a poster

Spread the word by displaying our End Lorry Danger poster. Download an A4 PDF poster.

3. Find out what your council is doing to reduce lorry danger

There are plenty of things councils can do: they could make it council policy for vehicles not to be allowed on construction sites until after the rush hour; they could pledge to use direct vision lorries and they could encourage construction clients in their borough to sign up to the CLOCS standard. The local LCC group in your area may be speaking to the council about this already - find contact details for your local group here.

4. Ask your workplace to sign up as a campaign supporter

If you'd like to find out more about being a campaign supporter, or advice on how your workplace can help reduce lorry danger, please get in touch: email us at campaign@lcc.org.uk.

5. Make a donation to our End Lorry Danger campaign

If you are able, please make a donation to our campaign. Your support will help us continue our vital work to rid London of lethal lorries.

Be a member of London Cycling Campaign

LCC supports the concept of the Cycle Superhighways but we've often been concerned about the quality of the routes. Our campaigning on CS2 is resulting in upgrades along the route and the East-West and North-South Superhighways are a direct result of our Love London, Go Dutch campaign. We continue to campaign to ensure that the remaining superhighways are delivered to the highest possible standards.

As a membership charity we rely on funds raised through subscriptions from individuals who share our vision of making London the best cycling city in the world. If you share our vision and want to help create Space for Cycling please join LCC today.
