Newham Cyclists AGM and Social

At our annual general meeting, we all get together for a social event to celebrate our achievements in the last year, and elect officers for the next year.
This year we will start with nibbles and mingling, and then we have guest speakers from Cycle Sisters
If you are an LCC member living in Newham, you are automatically a member of Newham Cyclists. If you’d like to stand as a committee member, do get in touch with us. We always need volunteers to help and to give fresh inspiration to our campaigns.

Where: David Shepherd room, Canning Town Library, 18 Rathbone Market, E16 1EH
All welcome.

Agenda
19:30: Meet and greet with light refreshments
20:00: Talk from members of Cycle Sisters
20:30: Official business. Annual report, approval of accounts for 2023, budget for 2024, elections, etc.
Finish by 21:30. Volunteers to help tidy up afterwards would be welcome.
