River Ride

One of our favourite local rides. An easy route of approximately 32km/20 miles including the River Lea, Cody Dock, Bow Creek, Isle of Dogs, Greenwich foot tunnel, Cutty Sark, Greenwich, O2, Thames Path, Woolwich ferry or tunnel, Beckton, The Greenway.

Please bring a drink, a snack, a spare inner tube for your bike if you have one, and money for any refreshments you wish to buy.

Newham Cyclists will come equipped to cope with minor running repairs such as punctures and brake adjustments.

Please book to guarantee a place. If you have not booked by the day of the ride, please come to the start point to see if there are places available.
