London Loves Cycling – Newham Essex Lanes Ride

We will meet at Leytonstone Tube Station (in front of Le Parisien cafe) where we will take the tube to Epping.

Our route will take us in a loop starting from Epping Station out into the countryside lanes to Matching Green and back. The terrain is undulating and the roads are normally quiet although the roads around Epping can be busy.

Distance: 50km approx
Difficulty: moderate

Please bring refreshments with you as there are limited places to stop. Please bring a spare inner tube for your bike if you have one.

Newham Cyclists will come equipped to cope with minor running repairs such as punctures and brake adjustments.
