This ride celebrates the link between the area of the former West Ham Boleyn Ground and the new home of West Ham United at the London Stadium. We meet from midday for a 12.30pm departure on Sunday 8 October from the World Cup Statue at the junction of Green Street and Barking Road for a ride of less than 4 miles starting on quiet streets but mostly using the traffic free Greenway (Cycleway 22). We will arrive at the View Tube cafe in time for the match at the nearby London Stadium against Newcastle United for those with tickets. But you do not need to go to the match to enjoy this ride.
We are unable to take unaccompanied minors.
The ride will be limited to 50 participants. To guarantee a place please register below.
This ride is organised by Newham Cyclists which is part of the London Cycling Campaign in partnership with Bike from Boleyn.
We may contact you after the ride to ask you about your experiences and will let you know more ways to sign up to information from the London Cycling Campaign.
