We’re celebrating cycling! Ride with us to central London. Share your passion and see the sights.
This will be a fun ride suitable for all ages and abilities.
Everyone welcome whether this is your first group ride or your 100th.
Children are welcome, and must be accompanied by an adult.
You don’t need any special clothes or gear for the ride. New cyclists are welcome – introduce yourself to the ride leader on the day, and let them know if you have any questions.
On the weekend before London goes to the polls, we will be letting mayoral candidates know that London Loves Cycling.
There will be a chance to meet other cyclists, to tell your cycling stories and to hear theirs.
Join us at Clapham Common Bandstand at 11:30am.
If you prefer to join us as Skylark Cafe on Wandsworth Common, please sign up at https://lcc.org.uk/events/london-loves-cycling-wandsworth-ride/.
We are riding into town to see the sights and enjoy some of the cycle routes that LCC has won through 40 years of campaigning. The route includes Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Battersea Power Station, Cycleway 3, Lambeth’s low traffic neighbourhoods and Wandsworth’s longest protected cycle lane.
We will have a stop for refreshments in Hyde Park, and return together mid-late afternoon. We recommend bringing snacks and drinks – or you can visit the cafe when we stop.
We look forward to riding with you on the day!
