From 10:30: Meet at the front of Atherton Leisure Centre on Romford Road
11:00 Leave on a short ride
11:30 Arrive at Here East (just outside the borough) for a brief meeting—if weather permits, al fresco, otherwise in one of the bars at Here East or Hackney Bridge.
Finish by 12:30 latest.
