Newham Nature Reserve Ride

An easy paced 15 mile/ 25 km ride based on the nature reserves along the River Lea  using off road tracks, cycle lanes and quiet roads.  Starting and finishing at the View Tube the ride takes in Walthamstow Wetlands, the Middlesex Filter Beds, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, East India Dock and Bow Creek Ecology Park.  Please bring a drink, a snack, a spare inner tube for your bike if you have one, and money for any refreshments you wish to buy.

Newham Cyclists will come equipped to cope with minor running repairs such as punctures and brake adjustments.
