Rainham Marshes

A 25 mile (40km) mostly off-road saunter to Rainham Marshes and Upminister.
Difficulty: easy
We will visit Rainham Marshes RSPB Nature Reserve for our lunch stop.
Please bring a drink, a snack, a spare inner tube for your bike if you have one, and money for any refreshments you wish to buy.
Newham Cyclists will come equipped to cope with minor running repairs such as punctures and brake adjustments.
