Merton CC Equinox Ride

A 45 mile circuit out to East London to enjoy the Limehouse Cut, The Greenway and maybe Greenwich Foot Tunnel and the newly completed Cycleway 4 if the lifts at the tunnel are working. We’re hoping to be back at The Sultan by 3pm, but we may take a bit longer depending on overall pace and how long we stop for lunch. Owing to the length of the ride, this is probably going to be fairly fast paced and only suitable for adults and children over 12 who are confident riders. Terrain will be a mix of road and dedicated cycle infrastructure – the nearest we get to off-road will be the Wandle Trail. Bring food, drinks, money, a lock (if you want to stop at The Sultan) and a puncture repair kit.
